After booking online, you will receive an e-mail stating that you made
the appointment. BUT YOUR APPPOINTMENT IS NOT FINALIZED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL BACK FROM THE THERAPIST! Keep this is mind when booking your appointment. If you desire a same day appointment, you may want to call us and tell us the time you desire and then you won't need to wait for a confirmation. When scheduling online and you do not find a time that will work for you, Please call us @ 223-4664. We might be able to arrange a time for you. When scheduling online, you can find appointment times for a specific therapists, or you can view all times available for "ALL" therapist. When you schedule online, you will have your appointment confirmed and a reminder sent to you from: "Web-appointments, no reply needed". SAVE YOUR CONFIRMATION E-MAIL and from this link you can cancel or reschedule you scheduled appointment if necessary. |
